All,
I am trying to decide between a NH and a JD compact
tractor. My question to any and all is, 'can either
one handle a PTO driven Stump Grinder'? What is the
recommended HP to drive one of these things? My
decision will be based on this and the price. I don't
really need a big tractor, but I wuld like to be able
to grind up stumps.
Thanks in advance for any info.

Shaver, 15 to 35 horsepower. Will even work on a New holland tractor as long as it can pick it up. They do have a web site and retail for about 4500. ....
